I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 & 2, incorporating primarily this and EFT Attachment Theory into my approach with Family, & Relationship Therapy. I am trained as a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor with with an additional certification in Trauma- Informed Yoga and Mindfulness.
The Personal is Political
Both personally and professionally, social justice advocacy is a huge proponent of uplifting others to foster a more equitable society. I am keenly aware of the role of power and privilege in determining our access to needs like healthcare, food accessibility, housing, and basic safety. I understand how much these factors affect our ability to show up for ourselves and others in our lives. These systems of inequity can make us feel powerless to situations of daily living.
Therapeutic Style

Building a genuine therapeutic relationship and offering a warm and open environment to work toward your goals is my first priority. I aim to include transparency in every part of the therapeutic experience. Whether it’s client’s first time beginning therapy or they have been in therapy for several years, I encourage clients to ask questions and give feedback as it relates to our work together.
I hold deep respect for the commitment you are making to yourself through therapy. I welcome all clients to feel empowered by their choice to seek counseling. I am honored to be considered to work with you on your journey!
In her spare time Grace enjoys running, creating, or enjoying a cup of Earl Grey tea at home with her wife, dog, and 3 cats.
